Before you write — quick answers

The app won't start

Reinstalling usually fixes startup problems, but export a backup first if you can. If the app fails before you can back up, email us — we have a recovery flow for database files.

Restore a subscription

Me tab → subscription page → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same App Store / Google account that bought the plan.

Export or delete your data

Me tab → Export for CSV/PDF. Deleting all data is permanent and also under the Me tab. We can't recover deleted data — it only ever existed on your device.
