Terms of service

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance

By downloading or using the RxDown app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

No medical advice

RxDown is an informational tracking and journaling tool for adults aged 18 and over. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Decisions you make based on the app or this website — including its calculators, charts, and AI-generated insights — are at your own risk and should always involve a qualified healthcare professional.

AI accuracy

The app uses artificial intelligence, which can produce erroneous, misleading, or fabricated output. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the RxDown team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including deterioration of health or data loss — resulting from use of, or inability to use, the app or website.

Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Prices are shown in-app before purchase; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings.

License and termination

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.
